摘　　要：2019年9月,教育部、中央军委国防动员部联合制订了《普通高等学校军事课建设标准》,为军事课建设指明了方向,也为高校学工系统提升思想政治课育人实效提出了更高的要求。习近平总书记指出,“好的思想政治工作应该像盐,但不能光吃盐,最好的方式是将盐溶解到各种食物中自然而然吸收”。第一课堂是开展大学生思想政治教育和价值引领工作的主阵地,辅导员要做好军事课这道“主菜”,必须撒好思想政治教育这一学生精神上的“盐”。In September 2019,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of National Defense Mobilization of the Central Military Commission jointly formulated the Standard for the Construction of Military Courses in General Colleges and Universities,which pointed out the direction for the construction of military courses,and also put forward higher requirements for the system of academic work in colleges and universities to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.General Secretary XI Jin-ping pointed out that good ideological and political work should be like salt.We should not directly eat salt.The best way to eat salt is to dissolve salt into all kinds of food and we naturally take it in eating."The first class is an important time to carry out ideological and political education and value-oriented work of college students.In order to do a good job in the"main course"of the military courses,counselors must"sprinkle"ideological and political education as"spiritual salt"for students.
