以校企合作为导向的高校继续教育培训模式探究

摘　　要：以校企合作为导向的继续教育培训,在加强专业人才培养与输出的同时,能够满足企业定向人才的需求,有利于我国经济的发展。文章针对当前高校继续教育现状,探索高校继续教育培训模式。Continuing education and training oriented by school-enterprise cooperation,while strengthening the training and export of professional talents,can meet the needs of targeted talents in enterprises,and benefit the development of China's economy in the long run.This article starts from the current situation of continuing education in colleges and universities,and explores the training model of continuing education.
