从教师素养构成看数学(师范类)专业课程建设

摘  要:数学教师的专业素养由数学专业知识与能力、一般性教学知识与能力、数学学科教学知识与能力、数学教师专业情意构成。在地方高校数学(师范类)专业的课程设置和教学中,要做好三方面工作:一是针对数学教师数学素养要求,研究数学专业课程设置加强教学改革;二是按照数学教师职业发展和学生就业竞争需要,研究教师教育类课程设置与教学改革;三是加强教学见习与教育实习工作的组织管理,努力提高实践性课程的实施效果。Professional literacy of mathematics teachers is composed of mathematical knowledge and ability,general teaching knowledge and ability,teaching knowledge and ability in mathematics and the professionalism of mathematics teachers.In the course setting and teaching of normal mathematics major,we should do the following three aspects of work well.First,in response to the mathematics literacy requirements of mathematics teachers,we should study the course setting of mathematics major and strengthen the reform of teaching.Second,according to the professional development of mathematics teachers and the needs of student employment competition,we should study the course setting of teacher-training and the teaching reform.Third,we should strengthen the organization and management of teaching internships and educational internships,and strive to improve the implementation effect of practical courses.
