初中生积极心理品质的干预实验研究——以上海市TX中学为例

摘  要:积极心理品质是当今积极心理学积极人格研究取向之一。研究通过运用修订版《初中生积极心理品质量表》,对上海市TX中学初中生积极心理品质开展团体心理辅导干预实验研究。研究结果显示,干预实验的TX中学与未干预的ZY中学初中生积极心理品质存在明显差异;TX中学初中生积极心理品质实验干预前与干预后也存在显著差异,其表现除创造力外,在团队精神、感恩、宽容、社会智慧等心理品质方面都有明显的提升,研究验证干预实验对提升初中生积极心理品质发展水平行之有效。Positive psychological traits is one of the personality research tendencies of positive psychology at present.This study has adopted a revised scale of The Juvenile Positive Personality to conduct an intervention experimental study on the group psychological counseling of the positive psychological traits of junior middle school students in Shanghai TX Middle School.The findings have shown that there exists a significant difference in the positive psychological traits between the students from TX Junior Middle School,who have received intervention and those from ZY Middle School,who have not.Moreover,there is a significant difference in the positive psychological traits of the students from TX Junior Middle School before and after the intervention experiment,which can be reflected in the improved performance in team spirit,gratitude,tolerance,and social intelligence,except for creativity.This research has proved that the intervention experiment can effectively improve the development of positive psychological traits of junior middle school students.
