摘　　要：“全科型小学教师”已经成为培养卓越小学教师的主要趋势。L学院小学教育专业顺应时代发展的趋势和社会需求,在培养卓越小学教师的背景下确立了“全科型小学教师”的培养目标,立足师德为先、儿童为本、综合培养、学有专长、学会发展的具体目标与要求,采取“2+2”的培养模式,创建了富有特色的人才培养体系,其人才培养模式的有效实践探索,为其他师范学院小学教师培养提供了可资借鉴的思路和方法。"General-subject primary school teacher"has become the main trend of cultivating excellent primary school teachers.The primary education major of L College conforms to the development trend of the times and social needs,and establishes the training goal of"general-subject primary school teacher"under the background of training outstanding primary school teachers.The school presents the concrete goals and requirements of"virtue-first,child-centered,comprehensive training,know-something,learn to be",adopts the training mode of"2+2"and creates a distinctive talent training system.Such moves provide the referential ideas and methods for primary school teachers training in other normal colleges.The purpose of this paper is to popularize effective experience and reflect on problems in order to seek better development.
