摘 要:本研究采用问卷调查的方式,对大学生线上英语学习平台及学习方式、线上英语学习的感知有用性、线上英语学习的期望确认程度、学习满意度和持续学习意愿进行了调查,构建了大学生线上英语持续学习意愿影响因素模型,探讨了线上英语学习感知有用性、期望确认程度、学习满意度和持续学习意愿间的多维关系。研究结果表明:大学生线上英语学习满意度和持续学习意愿较高;线上英语学习感知有用性和期望确认程度能够直接影响持续学习意愿,同时,亦均能通过学习满意度间接影响大学生线上英语持续学习意愿。This study investigated online English learning channels and platforms, the perceived usefulness,learners’ expectation confirmation,learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention of college students through questionnaires. A modified model was constructed on the factors affecting online English continuous learning intention of college students. The research explored the multi-relations among the perceived usefulness, confirmation, satisfaction and continuous learning intention of online English learning. The results showed that college students had a higher online English learning satisfaction and continuous learning intention.The perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation could directly affect the continous online English learning intention of college students. Meanwhile, both could indirectly affect learners ’ continuous online English learning intention through learning satisfaction.College students mainly adopted the generalized online English learning platforms,while the specialized ones were seldomly accessed. Though most English learning platforms integrated the functions of live broadcasting with online teaching videos,according to the investigation,a large number of college English teachers adopted its function of live broadcasting instead of video teaching. It hoped that specialized online English learning platforms could be popularized to develop and promote specific skill-focused English courses such as listening,speaking,reading,writing and translation,so as to improve college students ’ English skills in all aspects.College students ’ online learning expectation confirmation was mainly realized through the teachers ’online teaching design. The online teaching design in this study consisted of five aspects: teaching organizers,teaching resources, teaching activities, teaching evaluation and technical functions.
