摘  要:目的探讨医学留学生对消化内科见习教学引入EMI(English as medium of instruction)教学模式的体会,提出相关的建议和改进策略。方法通过对2013级临床医学专业61名留学生的问卷调查,包括课堂组织、讲解和讨论、沟通和反馈、临床见习及语音和声音,分析留学生对EMI教学的体会。结果通过对学生问卷得分情况显示,留学生对EMI教学模式总体的评价满意(60.25±11.71)分,满分70分,其中疾病相关的观点讲解和讨论最为满意(满意度93.44%),单词和词组的语言和语音部分最不满意(满意度81.97%)。结论通过总结留学生对医学教学引入EMI教学模式的体会,可以不断提高留学生内科学临床见习的质量。Objective To explore the experience and suggestions of international medical students on digestive medicine through EMI(English as medium of instruction)teaching mode.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 61 international students majoring in clinical medicine in the 2013 grade,which included items of classroom organization,explanation and discussion,interaction and feedback,clinic practice,and voice and speech.Results The scores of the students'questionnaires manifested that the overall satisfaction of the foreign students on EMI teaching mode was satisfied(60.25±11.71)points,full score 70 points,of which the most satisfied was“Points or issues related with a specific disease clearly explained”in the item of explanation and discussion(93.44%),and the least satisfied was“Words and phrases of teachers were easily understood”in the item of voice and speech(81.97%).Conclusion By summing up the experience and suggestions of international students,we can continuously improve the quality of clinical probation of internal medicine.
