摘　　要：根据蓝莓特有的生物活性成分和功效作用,基于国家食品药品监督管理总局和国家知识产权局数据库,分析目前已申请并批准授权的蓝莓保健食品和发明专利。综述蓝莓保健食品的开发现状,同时展望未来蓝莓保健食品的开发方向、深化功能机理研究、发挥配方的协同增效作用、产品开发中应用加工高新技术,蓝莓保健食品产业必将发展壮大。According to the biological active ingredients and efficacy of blueberry,the functional food and invention patents of blueberry have been consulted and authorized based on the database of the State Food and Drug Administration and the State Intellectual Property Office.The current status of blueberry functional food was summarized,and the future development direction was expected:Deepen the research on functional mechanism,give play to the synergistic effect of formula,use high and new processing technology in product development.Blueberry health food industry will be developed and grown.
