摘  要:课程思政是以课堂为媒介,以专业知识为载体,为了适应新时代中国特色社会主义对思想政治教育课程更高水平建设要求的一种新战略。在马克思主义基本原理、科学社会发展观及新时代背景下高等教育的变革走向等理论的指导下,采用逻辑推理和哲学思辨的阐述方式,由“食品添加剂”的学科前情与课程思政的基本内涵引发二者融合的思考,从而构建思政融入“食品添加剂”课程的体系构架与教学路径。以期培养从事食品行业拥有专业素养和良好道德规范的全方位人才。Curriculum ideology and politics education is a new strategy what is based on the classroom as the medium,with professional knowledge as the carrier,and what is order to adapt for the higher level construction of curriculum ideology and politics courses with socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This article was under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism,the concept of scientific social development,the trend of higher education reform in the background of new era and other theories,using logical reasoning and philosophical speculation.Thinking about this kind of integration though on the pre-course of Food Additives and the basic connotation of curriculum politics to construct the system structure and teaching path of the ideological and political integration into the Food Additives course.It was expected to cultivate a full range of talents with professionalism and good ethics in the food industry.
