摘 要:试验旨在通过透析袋体外酶解的方法,研究甘露聚糖酶和纤维素酶对玉米-小麦-豆粕型日粮还原糖生成量、干物质和粗蛋白质体外酶解效果的影响。试验采用单因子试验设计,甘露聚糖酶的添加浓度分别为5、15、25、35、45 U/g,纤维素酶的添加浓度分别为1、3、5、7、9 U/g,每个添加水平分别设6个重复。结果表明:甘露聚糖酶和纤维素酶的添加浓度分别由5 U/g提高至45 U/g和由1 U/g提高至9 U/g时,显著提高了日粮的还原糖生成量(线性和二次,P<0.05)。以还原糖生成量为评价指标,甘露聚糖酶和纤维素酶添加的最适添加浓度分别为20.7 U/g和6.3 U/g。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of mannanase and cellulase on the wheat-corn-soybean meal based diet using the reducing sugar production, in vitro enzymolysis efficiency of dry matter and crude protein as the response criteria. The different levels of mannanase(5, 15, 25, 35 and 45 U/g) and cellulase(1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 U/g) were added by one factor complete randomized experiment design to determine the optimal supplemental levels. The results showed that increasing the concentration of mannanase from 5 to 45 U/g or increasing the concentration of cellulase from 1 to 9 U/g both improved the amount of reducing sugar(linear and quadratic effect,P<0.05);when using the amount of reducing sugar as the evaluation index, the optimal supplemental levels of mannanase and cellulase were calculated as 20.7 and 6.3 U/g, respectively.
