摘　　要：“食品微生物检测技术”是食品质量与安全专业的重要课程,在创新教育背景下,实行教学模式改革研究,将创新教育融入专业教育。以好奇心为引领,序化教学内容,采用生态化教学模式,项目化教学结合无领导小组讨论,线上线下教学相融合,创新开展实验教学,实行多维度考核评价,有效提高了学生的创新意识和创新能力,教学效果良好。Food Microorganism Detection Technology is an important course for food quality and safety major.Under the background of innovative education,the reform of teaching mode should be carried out to integrate innovative education into professional education.Guided by curiosity,ordered the teaching content.Adopted the ecological teaching mode,project-based and leaderless group discussion,online and offline teaching integration,innovative experimental teaching,multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation,effectively improved students'innovation awareness and innovation ability,with good teaching effect.
