摘　　要：以新媒体为手段的线上教学成为了高校“食品分析”课程教学的重要方式。以培养应用型本科人才为目标,对“食品分析”实验教学提出了新的教学改革方法。在项目引导下,在“食品分析”实验教学里结合新媒体与快速检测技术,有利于拓展实验空间,加快实验方法的更新速度,使学生更有效地掌握和运用“食品分析”实验的检测方法。Using new media vision has become an important way of teaching of Food Analysis in universities.Aimed at training applied talents,this article suggested a new method for experimental teaching of Food Analysis.Under the guidance of the project,the combination of new media and rapid detection technology in the experiment teaching of Food Analysis would not only expand the experimental space,and accelerate the update of experimental methods,but also enable students to apply the detection methods of Food Analysis more effectively.
