摘 要:近年来,地方本科院校英语专业中的翻译教学在师资、教材、教学方法、课程设置等方面存在一些问题,究其原因,由其本科办学时间不长、观念保守以及不具有省城本科院校的地缘优势等因素使然。要解决这些问题,需要从“谁来教”“教什么”以及“如何教”这三个维度来考量。“谁来教”指的是应由什么样的教师来担当翻译课程教学最为合适。“教什么”指的是教学内容,为翻译教学之灵魂。“如何教”指的是采取什么样的方法有效地将有关翻译的理论知识以及翻译技巧等教学内容传授给学生,使学生能运用基本的翻译知识从事外事、教育、科技等领域的翻译工作。In recent years,there have been some problems in translation teaching for English majors in local colleges in terms of teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods,curriculum and so on.And these problems are caused by short time of running a college,conservative concepts and not having the geographical advantages of provincial universities.In order to solve these problems,we need to consider the three dimensions of“Who will teach”,“What to teach”and“How to teach”.“Who will teach”refers to what kind of teacher should be the most suitable for the teaching of translation courses.“What to teach”refers to the teaching content and is the soul of translation teaching.“How to teach”refers to what methods should be adopted to effectively impart theoretical knowledge and translation skills to students,so that students can use basic translation knowledge to engage in translation work in foreign affairs,education,science and technology and other fields.
