摘 要:为优化羊栖菜中褐藻多酚的提取率,采用响应面分析法,优化了超声辅助乙醇提取羊栖菜褐藻多酚的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,不同因素对褐藻多酚提取率影响不同,顺序由高到低依次为料液比、超声功率、提取时间和乙醇体积分数,获得的超声辅助提取羊栖菜多酚的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶15、超声功率217 W、提取时间69 min、乙醇体积分数57%。验证实验得到的多酚提取量达到0.930 mg/g,与预测值0.941 mg/g基本一致。To optimize the extraction rate of phlorotannins in Hizikia fusiformis,the optimal process conditions for ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction were obtained by response surface analysis.The results showed that different factors showed different effects on the extraction rate of polyphenols.The descending order of the factors were the ratio of solid to liquid,ultrasonic power,extraction time and the ethanol content.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic assisted extraction of polyphenols from Hizikia fusiformis were as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15,ultrasonic power of 217 W,extraction time of 69 min and the ethanol content of 57%.Under the condition,the extraction amount of polyphenols was 0.930 mg/g,which was consistent with the predicted value of 0.941 mg/g.
