学术型研究生创新能力的表征结构及其培养路径研究

摘　　要：基于对学术型研究生创新能力的内涵分析,厘清了学术型研究生创新能力的表征结构,将其分为智力因素和非智力因素两大模块。在分析学术型研究生创新能力培养的应然理路与现时阻滞的基础上,提出了学术型研究生创新能力培养的三条可能路径:借鉴"弱架构"的综合型研究生课程模式;创设研究生导师负责的学术研究实践共同体;构建全方位多主体的研究生创新能力评价体系。The paper clarified the structural characterization of academic postgraduate students’innovation ability into two big modules:intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors by exploring the connotation of it at first.Then analyzed the inner logic and the current blocks of academic postgraduate students’innovation ability cultivation.Finally,put forward three possible paths of cultivating the academic postgraduate students’innovation ability:refer the"weakly framed"integrated postgraduate course pattern;establish a tutorial academic researching practice community;build a all-dimensional and multi-agent evaluation system of postgraduate students’innovation ability.
