摘 要:目的:探究CPBL(Case-Problem Based Learning)教学法于医学本科生教学实践中的建立及应用。方法:选取2015级临床医学专业的本科实习生92名,随机分为两组,各46名。对照组采用常规教学模式;试验组采用CPBL教学模式。比较两组应用效果。结果:试验组理论知识、病理分析评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将CPBL教学法应用至临床医学本科教学中具有较好的教学效果,能提高学生的学习兴趣、临床操作能力及临床专业技能水平。Objective:To explore the establishment and application of CPBL teaching method in the teaching practice of medical undergraduates.Methods:92 undergraduate interns majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was used routine teaching mode.The experimental group was used CPBL mode.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and pathological analysis in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CPBL teaching method to the undergraduate teaching of clinical medicine has a good teaching effect,and can improve students'interest in learning,clinical operation ability and clinical professional skills.
