摘 要:结合师范专业认证标准的要求,通过自编《师范生教育实践能力评价标准征询问卷》,向安徽、北京、天津、浙江、江苏、湖南、广西等省市高师院校的教师教育专家、具有高级职称的中小学校长、经验丰富的一线教师共30名相关领域专家进行调查,对师范生教育实践能力评价标准进行征询。对全体专家都认为合适的评价标给予保留,对存在异议的评价标准再与相关专家沟通,结合专家意见进行修订,最终构建师范生教育实践能力评价指标体系。该评价指标体系只涉及42项能力“优秀”与“合格”两个等级共计84个评价标准的制定,介于“优秀”与“合格”之间为“良好”、达不到“合格”的为“不合格”。According to the requirements of the professional certification standards of teachers’colleges and universities,through the self-developed questionnaire on the evaluation criteria of normal university students’educational practical ability,a total of 30 teachers’education experts in Anhui,Beijing,Tianjin,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Hunan,Guangxi and other provinces,principals of primary and secondary schools with senior professional titles,and experienced front-line teachers was investigated and inquired about the evaluation criteria of normal university students’educational practical ability.All the experts think that the appropriate evaluation criteria should be reserved,the evaluation criteria with different opinions should be communicated with the relevant experts,and the evaluation criteria should be revised in combination with the experts’opinions,so as to finally build the evaluation index system.The evaluation index system only involves the formulation of 84 evaluation standards for 42 abilities of“excellent”and“qualified”,and those between“excellent”and“qualified”are“good”,and those failing to reach“qualified”are“unqualified”.
