摘 要:高职院校服务乡村振兴是政府主导下的职业能力供给性行为,是技术与资本要素交互的市场性行为,也是基于社会服务职能的公益性行为。在多元主体的系统环境中,高职院校具有深层次的动力源泉,形成了服务乡村地区发展的动力模型,以及基于不同行为属性的动力结构。优化服务的动力机制,亟需强化高职院校服务乡村振兴的系统思维,加强服务法治建设,明确政府在高职院校服务乡村振兴中的责任,理清高职院校内部的权、责、利关系。Serving rural revitalization in higher vocational colleges is a government-led supply of professional capabilities,a market-based behavior of interaction between technology and capital elements,and also a public welfare behavior based on social service functions.In a multi-subject system environment,vocational colleges have a deep source of power,forming a power model to serve the development of rural areas,and a power structure based on different behavioral attributes.To optimize the dynamic mechanism of service,it is urgent to strengthen the systematic thinking of higher vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization,strengthen the service of the rule of law,clarify the responsibilities of the government in vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization,and clarify the rights and responsibilities within higher vocational colleges relationship.
