摘  要:数控车床在维修更换硬件后,由于硬件和梯形图程序不匹配,机床无法正常使用。针对此类问题,以回参考点按键功能失效,更换硬件为例,设计并改进数控机床回参考点梯形图程序,解决了机床维修过程中的问题,并对机床回参考点功能进一步优化,提高了机床及操作人员的工作效率,满足了现代数控机床的实际需求。After the CNC lathe was repaired and replaced its hardware,the machine could not be used normally due to the mismatch between the hardware and the ladder program.In response to such problems,taking the function of returning to the reference point button and replacing the hardware as an example,the ladder diagram program of the CNC machine tool returning to the reference point was designed and improved,which solved the problem in the maintenance of the machine tool,and further optimized the function of the machine reference point return.It improves the work efficiency of machine tools and operators,and meets the actual needs of modern CNC machine tools.
