仲景学说的逻辑建构与呈现

摘　　要：医圣张仲景承继《黄帝内经》理论,以当时社会的流行病为理论突破口,对伤寒及内科杂病的病因、病机、诊断、治疗进行了深入考察,创立了以六经论伤寒、脏腑论杂病、三因类病因、辨证寓八纲、治则述八法的理法方药融为一体的辨证论治理论体系,实现了中医学基础理论与临床诊治的紧密结合。从其思维方法看,摆脱了封建神学与巫医的窠臼,以当时先进的科学、哲学概念阐释医理,呈现出分类与归纳、比较与鉴别、分析与综合的逻辑特色,对于中医思维模式的解读与建构具有一定的理论和实践价值。Medical master ZHANG Zhong-jing inherited the theory of Huangdi Neijing,regarded the epidemic of the society at that time as the theoretical breakthrough,made a thorough investigation into the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases and internal diseases,established a syndrome differentiation and treatment theory system which integrates six meridians on exogenous febrile diseases,viscera on miscellaneous diseases,three major causes of diseases,syndrome differentiation containing eight principal syndromes,eight therapeutic principles,implemented the close combination of basic theory of TCM and clinical diagnosis and treatment.In terms of its thinking method,the theory breaks away from the stereotype of feudal theology and witch doctors,and interprets medicine with the advanced scientific and philosophical concepts at that time,shows the logical characteristics of classification and induction,comparison and identification,analysis and comprehension,which has certain theoretical and practical value for the interpretation and construction of the thinking mode of TCM.
