摘　　要：师德建设是教师队伍建设的灵魂,根据中共中央下发的《关于加强和改进新时代师德师风建设的意见》,把立德树人的成效作为检验学校一切工作的根本,把师德师风作为评价教师队伍素质的第一标准,把打造一支师德高尚、业务精湛、实战能力强的新时代教师队伍,作为教师队伍建设的主要任务,引领教师自觉接受教师职业法规的约束,强化日常教育督导,突出课堂育德,在教育教学中提升师德素养,不断提升教师队伍的育人水平,在实践中锤炼高尚师德。The construction of teacher ethics is the soul of the construction of the teaching team.According to the"Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Teachers'Ethics and Work Style in the New Era"issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the effectiveness of building morality and educating people is the fundamental standard for assessing all school work.As the first criterion for evaluating the quality of teachers,the morality of teachers is to create a new era of teachers with noble ethics,professional skills,and strong practical ability as the main task of teacher team building,leading teachers to consciously accept the constraints of teacher professional regulations,strengthen daily education supervision,highlight classroom ethics,improve teacher ethics in education and teaching,continuously improve the educating level of teachers,and temper noble teacher ethics in practice.
