摘　　要：在国家创新驱动发展战略背景下,培养创新性、应用型、复合型的高层次法治人才,是新时代法律人才培养的社会要求。新时代背景下对法律硕士培养目标应以职业化教育为中心定位,但法律硕士就业创业课程设置不合理、评价体系单一、缺乏培养特色以及导师队伍建设水平等限制了法律硕士就业创业课程质量提升,卓越法治人才培养机制要求从课程设置、质量保障、导师队伍以及特色培养上综合提升学生职业化法律应用能力,为部分高校在法律硕士就业创业课程质量提升上提供一定程度上的借鉴,以期整体提升法律硕士培养质量。Under the background of national innovation driven development strategy,cultivating innovative and application-oriented high-level legal talents is the social requirement of the new era. The law talents cultivation under the background of new era of law master & apos;s training objectives should be centered on professional education orientation,but the law master & apos;s employment entrepreneurship curriculum unreasonable evaluation system of the single lack training characteristics and level of teacher team construction and so on limit the law master ’ s employment entrepreneurship quality improvement,outstanding talent cultivation mechanism under the rule of law from the curriculum quality guarantee. The team of tutors and the characteristic training comprehensively improve the students & apos;professional legal application ability,and provide some reference for the training units to improve the quality of the employment and entrepreneurship courses of LLM,so as to improve the overall training quality of LLM.
