摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训制度是实现我国医学教育与国际医学教育接轨的重要举措。由于中西方医疗模式和文化背景的不同,国外医学生培训模式难以全面复制,因此探索适合我国国情的住院医师规范化培训模式和考核评估体系尤为重要。本研究在外科住院医师规范化培训过程中借鉴了国外培训经验,在基本理论和基本技能考核基础上增加了医学人文素养和主观能动力考核评估的比重,建立了以岗位胜任力为导向的考核评估机制。通过以岗位胜任力为导向的考核评估体系的建设,外科基地住培学员的国家执业医师考试的首次通过率和结业考核成绩逐年提高。探讨建立以岗位胜任力为导向的考核评估体系以期为国内外科住院医师规范化培训考核机制的建立提供参考。The standardized training system for residents is an important measure to make China’s medical education compatible with globally-used practices.However,due to the differences in health care models and cultural backgrounds between China and western countries,it is difficult to copy the way medical students are trained abroad,making it necessary to establish a standardized training model and assessment mechanism of residents that suit China.In this study,the experience learned from foreign training is used for reference in the standardized training of surgical residents.It is recommended that surgical residents be tested not only in basic theories and skills,but also in medical humanistic quality and initiative so as to put in place a competency-oriented assessment mechanism.Thanks to such an assessment system,the number of medical practitioners who can pass the nationwide qualification test for licensed physicians at their first attempt and their final examination scores have been increasing in our surgical base year by year.The job competency oriented assessment system is suitable for the training and assessment of trainees in the general surgery base of our hospital.It is hoped that such an assessment system can provide reference for the establishment of standardized training and assessment mechanisms for surgical residents in China.
