摘 要:通过对玉米-小麦淀粉/玉米醇溶蛋白双层膜进行热封处理,以封合强度为响应指标,采用单因素及正交试验确定其最佳封合工艺。结果表明,在热封电压24 V、真空时间5.0 s、热封时间2.0 s、冷却时间4.0 s条件下,双层膜热封性能最佳,封合强度达8.77 N/15 mm;将双层膜热封后装入植物油制得油料包,储藏120 d后包装内容物过氧化值(4.50 mmol/kg)仍满足一级大豆油质量指标(≤5.00 mmol/kg);跌落试验和抗压试验显示,双层膜袋的合格率均达到100%。The corn-wheat starch/zein bilayer films were heat-sealed.The single factors and orthogonal test was used to optimize the best sealing condition.The results demonstrated that the heat-sealing voltage,vacuum time,heat-sealing time and cooling time were optimized as 24 V,5.0 s,2.0 s and 4.0 s respectively.Under this condition,the bilayer films had achieved the optimum heat sealing performance,and the sealing strength was up to 8.77 N/15 mm.After the bilayer films were filled with vegetable oil and heat-sealed,the oil-in-oil package was got.After 120 d of storage in different environments,the peroxide value(4.50 mmol/kg)still met the first-grade soybean oil quality stander(≤5.00 mmol/kg).Both the drop test and the compression test showed that the bilayer films bags pass rate reached 100%.
