摘 要:伴随着教师专业化进程的推进,教师专业伦理作为提升教师专业性与专业地位的基本要求,已成为当前教师专业化建设的重要内容。要提升教师的专业伦理素养,有赖于专业伦理教育,而职前阶段正是实施教师专业伦理教育的重要时期。职前教师专业伦理教育的实施主要呈现了"统合"与"独立"两种课程模式,且已形成多样化的教学方法。然而,无论采用何种模式与方法,能够帮助职前教师获得专业伦理知能的基本机制都离不开伦理反思与对话。With the continuous advancement of the process of teachers’ professionalization,teachers’ professional ethics,as a basic requirement to enhance teachers’ professionalism and professional status,has become an important content and necessary path of teachers’ professionalization.The improving of teachers’ professional ethics literacy depends on teachers’ professional ethics education,and the preservice teacher education stage is an important period for the implementation of teachers’ professional ethics education. The implementation of preservice teachers’ professional ethics education mainly presents the "integrated" and "independent" curriculum models,with various paths and methods. No matter what model and method are adopted,the basic mechanisms that can help preservice teachers to acquire professional ethics knowledge and ability are the ethical reflection and dialogue.
