摘　　要：现在教学理念正逐渐由单纯的教师教授转变为促进学生自主学习,教师在课堂设计时重点在于提高学生的参与度,在学习过程中得到各种素质的提升。同时,新技术的出现大大方便了课堂教学,提高了学生的学习质量。本文以汽车维护中发动机机油更换任务为例,采取多种教学手段与教学工具组织课堂教学,调动了学生的主动性,提升了学习效果。本课程实例对组织理论与实践相结合课程有一定的借鉴作用。Nowadays,the teaching concept is gradually changing from being a mere teacher teaching to promoting students'independent learning.Teachers focus on improving students'participation in classroom design,and various qualities are improved in the learning process.At the same time,the emergence of new technologies has greatly facilitated classroom teaching and improved the quality of students'learning.This article takes the task of replacing engine oil in automobile maintenance class as an example,adopts a variety of teaching methods and teaching tools to organize classroom teaching,mobilizes the initiative of students,and improves the learning effect.This course example can be used as a reference for the course combining theory and practice.
