摘  要:教师道德评价日益重要,但其实施却仍缺乏客观依据和有效理论指导。基于实证研究过程并借鉴相关伦理理论,初步归纳抽取出道德动机、道德能力和行为结果作为教师专业道德评价的依据。在此基础上,根据实地观察发现的不同教师专业道德的具体实践特征,形成教师专业道德的六种典型类型描述,并依据其本质差异划分为理性自觉、经验自发和功利调节三个水平层次。The evaluation of the teacher’s morality is becoming more and more important,but its implementation still lacks objective basis and effective theoretical guidance.Based on the empirical research and the related ethical theories,the moral motivation,moral ability and behavioral results are initially summarized and extracted as the basis for the evaluation of the teacher’s professional morality.On this basis,according to the specific practical characteristics of teachers’different professional morality discovered on the spot,six typical types of the teacher’s professional morality are described,and based on their essential differences,they are divided into three levels:rational consciousness,empirical spontaneity and utilitarian adjustment.
