摘 要:教师培训风格模型由内容、任务、过程及对象四个维度和内容—过程、任务—对象两个连续体坐标轴构成。教师培训风格分为四种类型:演示型、指导型、引导型和教练型。每个培训风格都有长短,但又有共性特点,包括独特性与丰富性、稳定性与发展性、专业性与示范性。The teacher training style model is a structured,concise and visual expression of the relations and characteristics of the training elements.It consists of four dimensions of content,task,process and object,and two vertical linear continuum of content-process and task-object.The horizontal axis is the learning continuum composed of“content-process”,while the vertical axis is the situational continuum composed of“task-object”.Therefore,teacher training styles can be divided into four types of demonstrating,guiding,leading and coaching.Each training style has its own advantages and disadvantages,but it also has some common characteristics,including uniqueness and richness,stability and development,professionalism and demonstration.
