摘  要:新时代赋予工匠精神新的内涵和要求,是实现中国制造转型升级的重要前提。高职学生工匠精神的培育承担着为未来中国制造提供强大人才储备的战略意义,同时也是提高学校和个体核心竞争力的重要组成部分。然而目前高职教育表面化、真正双师型教学队伍欠缺、学生工匠精神养成动力不足、校企合作不畅等问题亟待解决,为此需要在思想教育、实践学习和校园文化建设三方面加大力度,培育学生的工匠精神,使高职教育面貌焕然一新。Attached to a new connotation and new requirements,craftsman spirit is regarded as an important prerequisite for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of vocational college students is of strategic significance to a strong talent reserve for the future of Chinese manufacturing,and is also an important part of improving the core competitiveness of schools and individuals.However,problems exist in various fields:the distraction of higher vocational education,the failure to establish a true double-teacher teaching team,the lack of motivation for students to learn craftsman spirit,and the poor cooperation between schools and enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more efforts in ideological education,practical learning and campus culture construction,so as to cultivate students'craftsman spirit,and revitalize higher vocational education.
