摘　　要：本文立足中国学者提出的变译理论,运用中国哲学观念探讨了翻译中变译的价值基础及行为规范,提出“变译伦理”的概念,并从传统儒道思想解释其蕴含的意义、价值基础与伦理机制,旨在进一步构建变译理论体系,深化翻译伦理研究,从而助力中国本土翻译理论建设。Taking the theory of Translation Variation as the topic,this paper exams its theoretical values and behavioral regularities through traditional Chinese philosophical notions.It puts forward the concept of“Ethics for Variation Translation,”and discusses,from the Confucian and Taoist thoughts,its connotations and implications,as well as value basis and ethical mechanism.The major purpose is to deepen the studies on the ethics of translation with the help of establishing the systematic Translation Variation theory,so as to further promote the local translation studies in China.
