摘 要:近年来,我国农村小学全科教师培养成为学界研究的热点。通过对近10年相关主题文献分析发现,学者对农村小学全科教师培养研究主题聚焦在其内涵与特质、必要性、可行性、培养模式与机制、课程体系与能力素养、面临的问题与策略等。梳理、分析学者聚焦的主题研究现状,有助于厘清我国农村小学全科教师培养研究现状,探寻其未来研究的方向,助推提升我国农村小学全科教师培养质量,实现各级政策愿景,逐渐缩小城乡小学教育差距。In recent years,the training of general teachers in rural primary schools has become a hot topic in the academic field.Based on an analysis of the literature on relevant topics in the past 10 years,it is found that the research theme of the general teacher training in rural primary schools focuses on its connotation and characteristics,necessity,feasibility,training mode and mechanism,curriculum system and competence,problems and strategies,etc.By analyzing the research status of the theme focused by scholars,it is helpful to clarify the research status of general teacher training in rural primary schools in China,to explore some directions of its future research,to promote the training quality,to realize the vision of policies at all levels,and to gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural primary education.
