摘 要:目的建立下颌重建钛板虚拟预成型的方法并分析其精度。方法以逆向建模技术重建成品下颌重建钛板的数字化模型,采用解析几何和离散仿真等方法,推导出个性化仿真弯制算法,在虚拟空间中对钛板进行数字化预成型,检测其与下颌骨表面的贴合度,并与手工弯制方法进行对比。结果数字化虚拟预成型钛板与下颌骨表面的距离显著小于手工弯制钛板与下颌骨表面的距离,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究建立了一种能够对下颌重建钛板进行虚拟预成型的方法,精度优于手工弯制,可为后续自动化钛板预成型机器人的研制提供帮助。Objective To establish a virtual preforming method for mandibular reconstruction titanium plate,and to analyze its accuracy.MethodsReverse modeling technique was used to reconstruct the digital model of finished mandibular reconstruction titanium plate,and then analytic geometry and discrete simulation were used to derive the personalized simulation bending algorithm.Digital preforming was performed for the titanium plate in virtual space,and the degree of fitting was measured and compared with that of the manual bending method.\Results\The distance between the digital virtually preformed titanium plate and the surface of the mandible was significantly smaller than that between the manually bent titanium plate and the surface of the mandible(P<0.05).\Conclusion\This study establishes a virtual preforming method for mandibular reconstruction titanium plate,which is more accurate than manual bending,and provides help for the subsequent development of automatic preforming robot for titanium plate.
