摘　　要：HACCP是国际上公认的控制食品安全最有效、最常用的一种方式。本文将HACCP体系应用于传统蜂蜜麻糖的加工过程中,使得蜂蜜麻糖这一传统食品与现代技术系统相结合,有效保证了食品质量的安全性。HACCP is internationally recognized as one of the most effective and commonly used ways to control food safety.In this paper,by combining the HACCP system with the processing process of traditional honey hemp sugar,the traditional food of honey hemp sugar is combined with modern technology system,which effectively ensures the safety of food quality.
