摘 要:目的探索PBL(problem-based learning)教学法联合循证医学模式在神经外科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2019年3—8月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院神经外科的100名住院医师规范化培训人员随机分为两组,A组接受PBL联合循证医学模式教学授课,B组接受传统教学授课。规范化培训结束时,对两组学员进行出科考试,并发放满意度调查问卷,了解两组的教学效果及两组对教学过程的满意度。结果出科成绩和满意度调查的结果均显示,A组效果高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科住院医师规范化培训教学中,PBL教学法联合循证医学模式能够提高规范化培训人员的理论操作能力及其对教学效果的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method combined with evidence-based medicine model in the clinical teaching of standardized training of neurosurgery residents.Methods From March to August 2019,100 resident standardized trainers from the Department of Neurosurgery,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group A received PBL combined with evidence-based medicine teaching and teaching,and Group B accepted traditional teaching.At the end of the standardized training,the two groups of trainees were given a subject examination and a satisfaction survey questionnaire was issued to understand the teaching effect of the two groups and the satisfaction of the two groups with the teaching process.Results The results of the department grade and satisfaction survey showed that the effect of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized training and teaching of neurosurgery residents,the PBL teaching method combined with the evidence-based medicine model can improve the theoretical operation ability of standardized trainers and their satisfaction with the teaching effect.
