摘 要:目的:分析翻转课堂在组织学与胚胎学理论教学中的运用效果。方法:本次研究选择本校2018届临床医学学生为研究对象,其中临床1班44人划分为对照组,接受常规教育教学措施;临床2班46人划分为试验组,接受翻转课堂教学措施,对比两组学生基础成绩、学习成绩、考核成绩以及成绩分析结果。结果:在基础课程成绩对比中,对照组学生基础课程成绩与试验组学生相比较,组间数据差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;在翻转课堂教学措施实施前,两组学生学习成绩对比无统计学意义(P<0.05),在教学措施实施后,试验组学生相较于对照组学生,在学习成绩方面占优绝对优势(P<0.05);在理论知识方面,试验组学生与对照组学生相比较,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:组织学与胚胎学的理论教学中,翻转课堂教学方式的使用能够有效的帮助学生更好的掌握理论知识,改变学生的学习态度,变被动为主动,强化学习效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of flipped classroom in the teaching of histology and embryology.Methods:In this study,the 2018 clinical medicine students of our school were selected as the research object.Among them,44 people in clinical class 1 were divided into control groups and received conventional education and teaching measures;46 students in clinical class 2 were divided into experimental group and received flipped classroom teaching measures.The basic scores,academic achievements,examination results and analysis results of the two groups were compared.Results:In the comparison of the results of the basic courses,the results of the basic courses of the control group were compared with those of the experimental group.The data difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Before the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching measures,the two groups of students learned the comparison of scores is not statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of teaching measures,the students in the experimental group have an absolute advantage in terms of academic performance compared to the students in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of theoretical knowledge,the students in the experimental group Compared with the students in the control group,the data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Discussion:In the theoretical teaching of histology and embryology,the use of flipped classroom teaching methods can effectively help students better master theoretical knowledge,change students'learning attitudes,turn passive into active,and strengthen learning effects.
