摘　　要：文章通过定义一种新变换的方式证明了变系数Helmholts方程解在系数为弱正则时,当给定局部边值与对称性条件下的唯一性,以此探讨了电磁波在分层介质中传播时产生的一种特殊边值问题。In this paper,we introduce a new transformation and then prove the uniqueness of the solution ofHelmholtz equation with low regularity coefficient by giving a local boundary condition and a symmetry property.Based on the uniqueness result,we discuss a special boundary value problem arisen from electromagnetic waves propagation in a stratified media.
