摘　　要：本文从分析我国高职院校教学管理存在的主要问题为抓手,立足学校办学特色和办学定位,以武汉船舶职业技术学院为例,提出构建"三系融合、四方协同、五措并举"的教学管理新模式。具体阐述了新教学管理模式构建的总体思路、具体实施、实施效果,并强调新模式在教学管理运行中,需要做到全面设计、系统规划、精准实施。并以期对同类院校有所启发和借鉴。Starting from the analysis of problems existing in the teaching management of higher vocational colleges in China,based on the school running characteristics and school running orientation,taking Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example,this paper puts forward a new teaching management mode.This paper then explains the overall idea,implementation and implementation effect of the new teaching management mode,and emphasizes the overall designing,systematic planning and accurate implementation in operation of the new teaching management mode.
