摘 要:坦克、步兵战车、自行火炮等装甲车辆被视为陆军最主要的突击力量,在地面突击、火力压制、远程火力支援中发挥着重要作用。行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性决定着装甲车辆的性能,而振动是引起装甲车辆技术变化的主要因素,减小振动的有效途径之一是设计选用合理的悬挂系统。装甲车辆的悬挂系统主要有被动悬挂、半主动悬挂和主动悬挂,半主动悬系统因具有阻尼系数可调、成本低等优势获得广泛应用。本文采用双sigmoid函数构建磁流变阻尼器力学模型,选择模糊PID控制器作为半主动悬挂系统控制器,应用MATLAB/Simulink软件对随机激励下装甲车的振动特性开展仿真研究。结果显示,相比被动悬挂,基于模糊PID控制策略的半主动悬挂系统的减振效果良好,可有效抑制装甲车辆的振动。Armored vehicles such as tanks,infantry fighting vehicles and self-propelled artilleries are regarded as the main assault forces of the Army and play an important role in ground assaults,fire suppression,and long-range fire support.The ride comfort and operational stability determine the performance of the armored vehicles,and vibration is the main factor that causes technological changes in the armored vehicles.One of the effective ways to reduce vibration is to design and select reasonable suspension systems.The suspension systems of armored vehicles include passive suspension,semi-active suspension and active suspension.Semi-active suspension systems are widely used due to their advantages of adjustable damping coefficient and low cost.In this paper,the dual-sigmoid function is used to build the mechanical model of the magnetorheological damper,the fuzzy-PID controller is selected as the controller of the semi-active suspension system.MATLAB/Simulink software is used to simulate the vibration characteristics of the armored vehicle under random excitation.The results show that compared with passive suspension,the semi-active suspension system based on fuzzy-PID strategy has a good damping effect and can effectively suppress the vibration of armored vehicles.
