摘  要:目的研究PBL结合LBL教学模式与针灸教学之间的关系。方法选取我校学生88人开展针灸教学,以接受临床教学的时间为分类标准将学生分为观察组和对照组。2019年1月~2019年6月期间入组的学生为对照组,采取LBL教学模式开展针灸教学;2019年7月~2019年12月期间入组的学生为观察组,采取PBL结合LBL教学模式开展针灸教学;对比两组教学效果。结果观察组学生综合成绩及教学效果均较对照组分值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针灸教学过程中,应用PBL和LBL相结合的教学模式有助于提高学生的学习成绩,改善针灸学的教学效果,具有很大的应用潜力。[Objective] The study is on the relationship between the PBL-LBL combined teaching mode and acupuncture and moxibustion teaching. [Method] 88 students were selected to carry out acupuncture teaching in our school. They were divided into observation group and control group by taking the time of receiving clinical teaching as the classification standard. The students who were involved from January to June in 2019 were classified as the control group. The LBL teaching mode was adopted during the acupuncture and moxibustion teaching;the students who were involved from July to December in 2019 were classified as the observation group. The PBL-LBL combined teaching mode was adopted during the acupuncture and moxibustion teaching;the teaching results of the two groups were compared. [Result] Compared with the control group, the comprehensive scores and teaching effect of the observation group are higher. The difference between two groups is of statistical significance(P<0.05). [Conclusion] In the course of acupuncture and moxibustion teaching, the application of PBL-LBL combined teaching mode is conducive to improving the academic achievement and the teaching effect of acupuncture and moxibustion with great application potential.
