摘　　要：介绍了西北大学化学与材料科学学院化学本科教育改革的方法和措施,提出“一轴双驱四体系”人才培养模式。基于以学生为本的教育理念,从课堂教学和课程群建设着手破题,建立体系完备、衔接严密的本科生管理制度体系;实施“3+1”分段式人才培养,引导学生个性化发展。人才培养模式的构建和综合改革的实施,满足了专业特色发展和多样化人才培养的需要,取得了一定成效。This paper introduced the methods and characteristics of the undergraduate education in chemistry at The College of Chemistry and Materials Science,Northwest University.The college sticks to the student-oriented education concept,arises the“one line,two wings and four systems”talents education mode,and constructed a complete and tightly connected undergraduate student management system.As well,the“3+1”segmented talents cultivation was performed to guide the students to follow the personalized individuation development.Through the construction of the talents education mode and implement of the comprehensive education reform,the current education system has met the requirement of discipline development with characteristics and the diversified talents education,and made considerable achievements.
