摘　　要：技能大师工作室是在人力资源与社会保障机构批准后成立的一个部门,主要是在企业和单位的依托上运行。作为高素质人才培养与高技术创新的平台,技能大师工作室能够进一步为企业单位与事业单位培养出更多具有创新能力、丰富知识储备以及高技术的复合型人才。技能大师工作室的建设是我国人才政策得以落实的重要体现,也是国家和企事业单位培养人才、发展人才,并通过人才来促进企业与行业建设的重要途径。对此,文章从多个角度出发,主要结合农村中职校技能大师工作室的建设、管理以及运行机制的优化措施,进行具体的可行性分析。Skills Master Studio is a department established after the approval of human resources and social security agencies,and is mainly operated on the support of enterprises and units.As a platform for high-quality talent training and high-tech innovation,the Skills Master Studio can further cultivate more compound talents with innovative capabilities,rich knowledge and high-tech for enterprises and institutions.The construction of skilled master studios is an important manifestation of the implementation of my country's talent policy,and it is also an important way for the country and enterprises and institutions to train and develop talents,and promote the construction of enterprises and industries through talents.In this regard,this article starts from multiple angles,mainly combining the construction,management and optimization measures of the operation mechanism of the rural secondary vocational school's skill master studio to conduct a specific feasibility analysis.
