摘 要:根植于人“全面发展”的核心素养,是当今世界范围内推进课程与教学改革的发展趋向,也是深化我国素质教育的实践转向。STEAM教育以其所具有的三大关键性教育品质及其提出的关于培养人“全面发展”的实践性支点,为核心素养目标的生成提供了较好的课程与教学新范例。从历时与共时两种视角,对STEAM教育与核心素养体系两者的发展脉络和发展现状进行梳理与分析,得出STEAM教育视域中核心素养目标生成之“发生基础”,两者的联结建基于历史的同性、同质基础之上,且生发于对人的“全面发展”这一教育目标的终极诉求之中。STEAM教育以其自身新教育范例进行创新,并由此展现出对传统教育理念、模式的颠覆,其教育输出自然向着以人的“全面发展”为本源的核心素养体系各层面目标进行溢出与生成。STEAM教育视域中核心素养目标生成的实践要点来自教育系统内外部,教育系统外部实践包括国家政策和社会力量的支持、智能技术的应用,教育系统内部实践包括STEAM教师的培养、重识师生关系、开发学习内容、教学方法的更新与学生评价的跟进。The key competencies rooted in the“all-round development”of human beings are not only the development trend of promoting curriculum and teaching reform in the world,but also the practical turn of deepening quality education in China.STEAM education,with its three key qualities and the practical fulcrum of cultivating people's“all-round development”,provides a good new curriculum and teaching paradigm for the generation of key competencies goals.From the diachronic and synchronic perspectives,this paper combs and analyzes the development context and status of STEAM education and key competencies system,and concludes the“occurrence basis”of key competencies goals in STEAM Education vision.The connection between the two is based on the historical homogeneity and the same-nature basis,and is born in the ultimate demand for the educational goal of“all-round development”.STEAM education innovates with its own new educational paradigm,which subverts traditional educational ideas and models,and its educational output naturally spills over and generates to all levels of the key competencies system based on people's“all-round development”.The practice points of generating key competencies goals in the perspective of STEAM education come from the internal and external aspects of the education system.The external practice of the education system includes the support of national policies and social forces,and the application of intelligent technology.The internal practice of the education system includes the training of STEAM teachers,the re-recognition of the relationship between teachers and students,the development of learning content,the updating of teaching methods and the follow-up of students'evaluation.
