高等教育三重三轻问题分析与对策

摘　　要：全面提高高等教育质量和人才培养质量是我国中长期教育改革和发展的两个重点内容。针对目前我国高校普遍存在的“重智育轻德育”“重科研轻教学”“重理论轻实践”等问题,剖析其产生的根源及危害,提出相应策略和方法,可以有效提高教育质量和人才培养质量,促进高等教育良性发展。Comprehensively improving the quality of higher education and personnel training are the two important points of long-term education reform and development in our country.In this paper,the cause and hazards of the current problems“stressing intellectual development and neglecting moral education”,“stressing scientifi c research and neglecting teaching”,“stressing theories and neglecting practice”,which are analyzed and the strategies and solutions are proposed.Consequently,the quality of education and personnel training as well as the healthy development of higher education can be improved.
