摘 要:可持续发展已成为全球经济、社会和环境发展的核心理念。高等工程教育教师专业能力提升需要秉持可持续发展的核心理念,既能满足社会、经济和环境的可持续发展的需要,又能满足个体的可持续发展的需要。通过问卷调查,分析目前中国高校工程教育教师专业能力现状和存在问题,发现可持续性缺失是高等工程教育教师专业能力提升遇到的现实问题,表现在制度、环境和个体等三个方面。需要在高等工程教育教师专业能力发展目标、机制和动力的可持续性方面寻求对策,以期持续推动高等工程教育教师专业能力发展,推进高等工程教育内涵建设。Sustainable development has become the core concept of global economic,social and environmental development.Promoting the faculty's professional competence in higher engineering education needs to uphold the core concept of sustainable development,which can not only meet the needs of sustainable development of society,economy and environment,but also meet the needs of individual sustainable development.Through a questionnaire survey,the current status and existing problems of the faculty′s professional competence in engineering education in Chinese colleges and universities are analyzed,and it is found out that the lack of sustainability is a practical problem encountered in the improvement of the faculty′s professional competence in higher engineering education,which is manifested in three aspects:system,environment and individuals.It is necessary to seek countermeasures in terms of the sustainability of development goals,mechanisms and motivations of the faculty′s professional competence in higher engineering education,in order to continue to promote the development of the faculty′s professional competence in higher engineering education and the construction of higher engineering education connotation.
