摘　　要：综合英语是翻译专业的基础课程,是对学生进行思想政治教育的重要课堂。思想政治教育元素可以融入翻译专业综合英语课程的翻译、词汇、句型、听说、阅读和写作训练中,任课教师应以教材为主要依托,进行深度挖掘,同时适时、适度、适当进行内容拓展,将学生感兴趣的、时事热点问题、政治文献材料等有机融合进来,将思政教育自然融合于综合英语课程教学的过程中,找到专业知识传授与思政教育的衔接点。Intensive Reading is a basic course for translation majors and plays an important role in ideological and political education.Ideological and political education can be integrated into each focus of intensive reading course for translation majors including translation,vocabulary,sentence pattern,listening and speaking,reading and writing.Teachers should take the textbooks as the main source and expand the content appropriately in which what the students show interests in,hot issues and political literature can be included so as to integrate the ideological and political education into the whole teaching process.
