摘 要:情商管理课程与旅游职业礼仪、职业健康与安全等课程组成旅游管理专业群职业基础课程模块,对学生职业能力的培养和职业素养的养成起着基础支撑作用。良好的情商是从事旅游服务工作及晋升管理者的必要条件,具备了良好的情商,才能在一线对客服务过程中保持良好的状态,才能在管理过程中提高团队工作效率。文章对所授课程教学对象进行详细分析,针对学生学情,设计相应的教学内容和教学方法,以期达到最佳教学效果。The courses of EQ Management,tourism professional etiquette,occupational health and safety constitute the professional basic course module of tourism management professional group,which plays a basic supporting role in the cultivation of students'professional ability and professional quality.Good EQ is a necessary condition for tourism service and promotion of managers.With good EQ,we can maintain a good state in the process of front-line customer service and improve team work efficiency in the process of management.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the learning situation of the teaching object of the course,designs the suitable teaching content and teaching method according to the learning situation of the students,in order to achieve the best teaching effect.
