摘 要:甬舟铁路西堠门公铁两用大桥主桥采用主跨1 488m斜拉-悬索协作体系桥方案。金塘侧桥塔基础位于深水裸岩区,上覆弱风化英安岩,持力层为微风化英安岩,最大水深28m,建设条件复杂。对3种桩径(直径4.0,4.5,5.0m)钻孔桩基础以及设置沉井基础(圆形、圆端形)等方案进行了比选,圆形设置沉井基础在结构受力特性、经济性等方面均优于其它基础形式,推荐采用圆形设置沉井基础。圆形设置沉井高36m,直径58m,中间十字隔舱将沉井内部分为4个区域,共布置16个井孔。沉井基础采用整体加工,浮运到桥位定位下沉,沉井着床后浇筑水下封底混凝土、填充混凝土,最后施工承台。The main bridge of Xihoumen Rail-cum-Road Bridge on Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway is a combined cable-stayed and suspension structure with a main span of 1488 m.The ground setting of the Jintang-side tower features bare bedrocks,specifically the weakly-weathered dacite overlying the slightly-weathered dacite that can serve as the bearing stratum.The maximum water depth reaches 28 m.To suit the geological condition,the bored pile foundation and gravity caisson foundation were considered,including the piles with diameters of 4.0,4.5 and 5 m,the round caisson and round-cornered caisson.The round gravity caisson was finally selected for its superior load bearing capabilities and economic performance.Measuring 36 m deep and 58 m in diameter,the round gravity caisson is divided into four regions by the criss-cross bulkheads,inside which 16 well holes are distributed.The caisson foundation was integrally manufactured,floated to the bridge site for sinking.When the caisson touched the seabed,the base-sealing concrete was cast,and gaps were filled with concrete to make the caisson waterproof.And then,the caisson cap was constructed.
