摘　　要：《学记》是中国也是世界上最早专门论述教育教学问题的一篇论著,对教育管理方面有详细而独到的论述,肯定了教育管理的宏观目标在教育管理活动中的主导作用,指出教育常规管理、教师与学生管理等微观层面对提升教育质量的重要意义。重温《学记》中的教育管理思想,对于丰富教育管理理论及指导教育实践具有重要意义。The Note of Learning is the earliest paper which specially discusses the problems of education and teaching in China as well as around the world.The book takes detailed and unique argument on education management,affirms the leading role of macro objectives in education management activities,pointed out the significance of micro objectives on improving education quality,such as conventional education management,teacher and student management,etc.Therefore,reviewing the educational management thought in The Note of Learning is of great significance to enriching the educational management theory and guiding the educational practice.
