高效液相色谱在高校实验教学课程中的应用研究

摘　　要：高效液相色谱是一种重要的分离分析技术,是药学相关专业本科学生必修内容之一。如何能让学生熟练地掌握高效液相色谱的基本理论知识和操作流程,提高学生独立运用高效液相色谱仪的能力显得十分重要。本文将高效液相色谱仪引入本科实验室开放项目,提高了大型仪器高效液相色谱仪的共享效率,加强了本科学生对高效液相色谱操作的了解,培养了学生独立操作能力和综合实验能力,达到了较好的教学效果。High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is an important separation and analysis technology,which is one of the compulsory contents for undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy.It is particularly important to improve students'ability of use HPLC independently and instrument operation and scientific research innovation.In this paper,the HPLC was introduced into the opening project of undergraduate laboratory,It had improved the sharing efficiency and strengthened the undergraduate students'understanding of the operation of large-scale instruments of HPLC,And Good effects had been made since this system was very helpful to improve their independent operation ability and integrative abilities in doing experiments.
