摘　　要：系统培养医学本科生的基础研究和创新能力是新时代医学教育的核心任务之一。学生开展科研项目后进行阶段性研究能力自评,有助于导师优化培养模式,增进导学互动。根据学生的自评结果,导师可以有针对性地指导学生合理选题、锻炼技能、凝练成果,从而全面提升学生的提出问题、设计实验、解答问题的能力,并充分激发创新潜力。It is one of the core tasks of medical education in the new era to systematically cultivate the basic research and innovation ability of medical undergraduates.It is helpful for tutors to optimize the training mode and enhance the interaction of learning guidance.According to the results of students’self-evaluation,the tutor can guide students to select reasonable topics,exercise skills,and condense the results,so as to comprehensively improve students’ability to ask questions,design experiments and answer questions,and fully stimulate their innovation potential.
